CFW Careers is a talent advisory firm. For employers, we address all aspects of the talent continuum—from hiring to retaining, engaging and transitioning. For individuals, we seek to develop and optimize professional potential.

What makes us different?

  • What do you specialize in? Commercial (revenue-driving) senior-level individual contributor and leadership roles, typically in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. We have a particular depth of experience in Digital Media, SaaS, Business Intelligence, Adtech, and Analytics; yet, our client base is diverse, ranging from Non-Profit to CPG Market Services, Retail POS Tech to Luxury Real Estate.

    What is your fee structure? We work on a retained basis and charge 25% of the projected salary, billed in thirds:

    -one third due within 10 days of contract signing date (nonrefundable)

    -one third due within 10 days of an accepted offer

    -one third due within 30 days of the start date

    Our model allows us to be selective around the searches we manage, maintaining a high-touch approach that leads to increased retention and a positive candidate experience, which is reflected positively on our client's employer brand.

  • What distinguishes us from other coaches? With 50 years in the talent industry, we are experts around how to attract, hire and retain employees, building diverse and inclusive teams. We bring our deep understanding of individual career growth to corporate career pathing, contributing to achieving higher rates of retention and engagement.

    What is your specialty? Internal Career Pathing (coaching employees and their managers around finding career direction and fulfillment within the current employer organization) as well as Outplacement (customized programs delivered by senior level executive coaches). We also provide leadership and team management coaching.
