We conduct an in-depth kickoff with your hiring team to fully understand the role, reviewing the job description and offering optional TTI benchmarking and market mapping reports to help you be set up for success in a competitive talent market. 

Detailed Candidate Submissions:

With a 4:1 submission-to-placement ratio and an average time-to-hire of 80 days, we provide detailed candidate submissions that outline how the candidate’s experience matches your goals, highlight key achievements, and include regular updates on search progress.

Negotiation & Offer Support:

We act as a liaison between your team and candidates, facilitating clear communication around compensation expectations and interest in the role to ensure a smooth negotiation process.

Ongoing Onboarding & Coaching:
