Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
A sustainable, actionable, and equitable talent strategy depends on embedding DEI best practices into everyday decision-making processes.
That’s where we come in.
CFW was founded in 1973 by David King, one of the first men to champion and place women in sales. We remain committed to our roots and place Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the center of all our talent development efforts.
We uphold this commitment by:
Implementing equitable hiring practices
Presenting diverse slates
Increasing retention with career pathing and coaching programs that help employees thrive
A synergistic approach.
Our DEI talent strategy leverages the synergies existing between the areas of talent attraction, hiring and retention to help teams attain their DEI goals through a holistic approach.
We help shift the conversation from identifying the issues to developing solutions.
Changing the Conversation
An initiative devoted to advancing women in business, moving from identifying the issues to asking what we can do to solve them — both in terms of our own careers, and in corporate and government policymaking.
We believe that, by advancing women toward corporate leadership, we can help all women across the socioeconomic spectrum. To date, this has included events and roundtables focused on positively impacting gender equality within the business sector.

A TECH-ENABLED STRATEGY FIRM SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF INEQUALITY AT SCALE.
In June 2020 we connected with Equity consultants and experts, Dr. Kristen Liesch and Anna Dewar Gully, of Tidal Equality following the launch of their Equity Sequence™️. An action-driven alternative to anti-bias training, the Equity Sequence™️ is a series of 5 simple questions designed to drive equality in everyday workplace decisions and actions.
